The regional library in Pardubice is a contributory organization of the Pardubice region. It includes three historic houses (no. 77, 78 and 79) on Pernštýnské náměstí and three historic houses (no. 6, 7 and 8) on Příhrádek. In addition to the usual services, the library offers multifunctional spaces for sitting with a coffee with a book and provides a refuge for everyone who is looking for a quiet place to work, who wants to have fun with a modern board or outdoor game, or to satisfy their thirst for knowledge at various lectures, discussions and workshops.

Festival Léto na Příhrádku

This is a cultural festival that has been held since 2020, combining diverse genres with the unique genius of loci Příhrádek. The festival makes culture accessible to everyone regardless of social status; it supports (not only) regional workers in the artistic sphere and provides a leisure programme for families, thereby contributing to community activities.
